JOURNEYMEN for substation construction	10 years minimum
OPERATORS for substation construction	10 years minimum
CERTIFIED WELDERS - aluminum TIG process	Open
SUBSTATION ESTIMATORS	Open
CONCRETE FOUNDATION INSTALLERS - for substations	Open
